Who sees what.
The privacy policy is the legal version. This is the one you can read in a minute and actually act on.

The boundaries
Four things we will not do.
We don’t sell it
Not to sponsors, not to advertisers, not to data brokers. There is no revenue line that depends on your address.
We don’t enrich it
We don’t append job titles, company size or social profiles from third-party data vendors. What you gave the organizer is all we have.
We don’t cross events
Registering for one organizer’s event doesn’t put you on another’s list. Opt-outs are per organizer for the same reason.
We don’t require an account
Your checklist opens from a signed link. No password to create, no profile to maintain, nothing to delete later.
What the organizer sees, exactly
Organizers see progress because that is the point of the product — it tells them who is prepared and who is drifting. Concretely, for each registrant they see: name and email (which they already had), timezone, which steps are ticked, whether messages were delivered and opened, and whether the person attended or cancelled.
They do not see: your device, your location beyond timezone, anything about your activity on other organizers’ events, or any data we did not receive from their own registration.
Retention
Event data is kept while the event and its follow-up are live, and then for the period the organiser needs for their own records. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, regardless of that window — the privacy policy has the formal detail.
