Free during early access.
We are onboarding organizers in small batches and not charging any of them. Here is the honest state of pricing, rather than a table of numbers we would quietly change in three months.

Per event
Priced against attendees reminded
The direction we expect to take: you pay in proportion to the people ewent actually carries, so a 40-person meetup and a 4,000-person conference don’t pay the same. A free tier for small community events stays.

Platform
For ticketing platforms and partners
Volume-based, with white-labelled sending and your own domain. If you are integrating rather than organizing, start at partners.
Why no number yet
Because we would only have to change it.
We know what the product costs to run and roughly where the value lands. What we do not yet have is enough events across enough shapes — free meetups, paid conferences, internal all-hands — to price fairly across all of them. Publishing a table now would mean re-pricing customers later, which is a worse experience than waiting.
Pricing questions
Is early access really free?
Yes, with no card and no trial clock. We would rather learn from real events than collect small invoices.
Will I be charged retroactively?
No. Anything you run during early access stays free.
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
No. ewent never touches payments — that stays entirely with your ticketing platform.
Is there a nonprofit or community rate?
There will be a free tier for small community events, and we will look at anything else case by case. Ask us.
Stop losing the people who already said yes.
Connect the registrations you already collect. We handle the rest — per-attendee checklists, timezone-local reminders, and a live nudge when the room opens.
