Most questions here come from attendees who weren’t expecting an email. That one is first, because it should be.

If you registered for something
My checklist link says it expired.
Links are signed and time-limited for your safety. Open the most recent email from the organizer — every message contains a fresh link. If they have all expired, reply to any of them and ask for a new one.
The event time looks wrong.
Times on your checklist render in your own timezone, which may differ from the one on the original listing. If it still looks wrong, your device timezone is the most likely cause — tell us via contact and we will check the event record.
I can’t attend any more.
Open your checklist and use the cancel option. It takes one click, frees your seat for someone else, and stops the reminders.
I want to stop the emails but keep my ticket.
Unsubscribe from any message or from the checklist page. Your registration with the organizer is unaffected — that lives on their ticketing platform, not with us.
Delete my data.
Ask via contact with the topic set to “Privacy”. No justification needed. See who sees what for what we hold.

Do I have to leave my ticketing platform?
No. ewent overlays the registrations you already collect. See integrations for how each platform connects today.
How long does setup take?
Around ten minutes for a first event: connect it, pick a checklist template, edit the steps, preview as an attendee.
Can I preview what attendees receive?
Yes — preview as an attendee before anything sends. We think shipping a cadence you can’t see first is unreasonable.
What happens if I cancel or move an event?
Change the occurrence status; the broadcast goes out and pending reminders for that occurrence stop.
How do I know it worked?
Show rate against registrations, defined on the methodology page.
