OpenExpo is a monthly virtual expo where makers, founders, startups and teams exhibit their products, run live demos and get real feedback from people who want to see new things. Walk the virtual expo floor, stop at the booths that interest you, and meet the builders, buyers, partners and hiring teams behind them.

Every third Thursday of the month, 4pm to 6pm in your local time. Fully virtual, in your browser, no downloads. Join from anywhere in the world.

Every booth is a conversation. Meet the people behind the products, swap ideas with other exhibitors, and connect with visitors who share your interests. Many exhibitors are hiring, so OpenExpo is also a natural way to discover companies and talk to their teams about open roles. Registrants can see and connect with other attendees three days before the expo starts.

Q. I am not receiving the email with the log in code?
A. Few things that might help - Check your spam and junk folder. Add [email protected] to your contact list to ensure your email server is not rejecting such emails. Additionally, you can try using the incognito browser on your laptop. Or sign up using Alternate Process - Click the link at the bottom of the sign-up page that says - Not receiving the email.
Q. Will I get a zoom conference link?
A. No Zoom link is provided. At the right date and time, visit this page to join the event through our platform.
Q. I got an email - No room is assigned. What does that mean?
A. TAO.ai platform provides a chatroom for each location. If it is NOT able to find a local match, no chat room is assigned as we try to respect your time. Tao will continue to find a match for you and email you when a match is found, so you can get the most from the event. Please keep a lookout for your email (including your SPAM folder). We revisit the matches every 5 mins and update them.
Q. I got an email - Room Assigned. What does that mean?
A. Tao.ai platform has found a match for you for the event and assigned you a chat room to connect. During the event, please join the chat room and network.

Q. What is OpenExpo?
A. OpenExpo is a free monthly virtual expo, held every third Thursday from 4pm to 6pm in your local time. Makers, founders, startups and teams exhibit their products and run live demos, and visitors explore booths, give feedback and network with the people behind the products, including teams that are hiring.
Q. How do I exhibit my product at OpenExpo?
A. Choose an exhibitor ticket when you register. The free Sponsor ticket gives you a booth to show your product, project or demo. Paid tiers (Sponsor Plus, Service Provider Plus and Employer Plus) add a networking room, attendee leads, extra team passes, speaking slots and logo placement.
Q. Is OpenExpo the same as ThirdThursdayNetworking?
A. Yes. OpenExpo was previously known as ThirdThursdayNetworking. Same monthly date and time, now centered on product exhibits and live demos, with networking and hiring conversations around the booths.
