About this Event

See what's working, what's breaking, and who can fix it.

AIExpo.Live is the monthly online expo for making AI work. Real AI problems. Real fixes. Live in your browser. The people responsible for making AI work bring the problems they're stuck on. AI experts, AI product companies and AI services companies show how they solve them, live. Third Thursday of every month. Drop in any time between 4 and 6 PM.

Bring a problem, or bring a fix.

When and where

• Third Thursday of every month, 4–6 PM.

• Online, in your browser. No downloads, no travel. Join from anywhere.

• Two hours. Drop in for one booth or stay for all of them.

Come with a problem

Bring the AI problem you're stuck on. Leave with what worked for others, what to avoid, and people who can help.

• The pilot worked; production didn't.

• The model was right in testing and wrong with real customer data.

• Nobody owned it after launch.

Find the booths working on your problem and ask the people who have been there. Registered? See who's exhibiting before you arrive.

Five themes on the floor

• What works: practices that held up in production.

• What breaks: what stops AI in real deployments, from data and integration to accuracy, cost, security, governance and adoption.

• What failed, and why: projects that stalled or failed, told as lessons. What we'd do differently.

• Where to start: where AI is worth trying first, by function and task.

• Who can help: experts, products and services that pitch in on the problems above.

Three kinds of booth

• Case booths: a team shows a real AI problem and how they solved it, or why it failed.

• Provider booths: an AI product or services company shows how it solves a named problem, live. Not a feature tour.

• Expert booths: an independent expert takes questions on one problem area.

Who should come

Problem owners: if making AI work is part of your job, this floor is for you.

• Operations and transformation leads

• IT, engineering, data and analytics teams

• Product managers

• Risk, security and compliance

• HR and learning, finance, marketing and customer service leaders

• Founders and owners of growing businesses

Problem solvers:

• AI experts: practitioners, consultants, researchers and independent specialists

• AI product companies

• AI services companies: consultancies, integrators, agencies, managed-service and training providers

Partners, investors and hiring teams: welcome.

Meet before you arrive

The attendee list opens three days before the expo. See who's coming, connect with them and plan your route around the problems you care about.

Exhibit: bring a fix, or a lesson

Show how you solve a real AI problem, live, to the professionals who have it.

Experts and practitioners: share what worked, or what failed and why. Others learn; you meet the people working on the same problem.

Providers: name the problem, then show it being solved. Show it running. No slides needed.

Your booth comes with the attendee list three days early, so you can invite people to your booth before the expo. Reach out with something relevant to them. No mass messages.

What each option includes:

• Sponsor ticket: a booth to show your product, service or demo.

• Employer Plus: your exhibitor page, a networking room to meet participants, your logo on the event page and your brand in event emails.

• Service Provider Plus: everything in Employer Plus, plus opted-in attendee leads and two sponsor tickets.

• Sponsor Plus: everything in Service Provider Plus, plus a raffle to collect leads, four sponsor tickets in total and a speaking slot (panel or spotlight).

Pick "Exhibit or sponsor" on this page to choose.

Networking and jobs

Every booth is a conversation. Compare notes with people working on the same problem, ask experts and providers what they'd try, and connect before and after the expo. Hiring teams welcome: exhibit and talk to visitors about the work. Looking for your next team? Meet AI teams through the problems they solve and ask them directly.

Every month

Same Thursday slot, same two hours. A new floor of problems and fixes each month. Miss one and the next is only a month away.

Bring a problem, or bring a fix. See you on the expo floor.

An event by AI.Specialists.CLUB. Also known as ThirdThursdayExpo (TTE).
